THE GRAND FINALE!

We had our BIG DAY OUT today on 12.12.12!
We ordered the right weather and WOW! It was awesome!

It was a day of surprises! Deb even had to write the letter home using riddles so we couldn't guess where we were going!!

Destination 1: Is somewhere ‘magical’, enchanting, and made of stone. One of Nelson’s oldest treasures with a stairway to heaven and Christmas cheer. Everyone will find wonder and amazement in there!

NELSON CATHEDRAL!

Destination 2: We will leave at 10:50am to a place that may not be new, where fur and feathers are all the rage..... you may even see your child swinging in a cage?

NATURELAND!

Destination 3: Our day of fun will ‘slipe and slide’ away in hessian. Beware of policeman as speeding tickets may be issued to underaged drivers! perhaps ear plugs will be needed for the parent survivors? :)

MEGA SACK SLIDES!

Check out our photos of us in action!

Thanks to the parents who provided transport and joined in the fun and THANKS Kids for being so well behaved and totally awesome!

PICNIC PERFECTION

The junior school celebrated their busy year with a fun picnic at Corder Park.
We walked there and had our lunch together.
After lunch we played a range of fun games........ THEN........
While we were singing Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer...... we heard a loud noise!!

We couldn't believe our eyes!!! Santa was driving along the road on the back of a Harley Davidson Motorcycle!
He stopped in to see us because he had lost a special delivery!..... It was a chilly bin of ICE BLOCKS! for us!!

What a treat! then he rode off towards Clifton Terrace School to spy on the kids there to see who was working hard enough to deserve their xmas prezzies!!!
Thanks Santa!

Merry Christmas and a very Happy, safe new year everyone! and they were off!!!! heading towards Clifton Terrace School to spy on children!
